Description
OLAO empowers women from broken homes who have experienced violence by strengthening their self-esteem, improving their psychological and physical well-being, and supporting their active participation in social, economic, and democratic life.
This programme combines immediate humanitarian support for women in distress with long-term development initiatives that promote economic independence, advocacy, and inclusive participation. Through skills development and livelihood support, OLAO enables women to rebuild their lives, gain financial stability, and contribute meaningfully to their families and communities.
Responsibilities

- Training women to improve the productivity, profitability, management, and competitiveness of their micro and small enterprises, promoting sustainable economic empowerment;
- Sensitize them about safe motherhood and equality of rights between men and women.
