Director’s Welcome Note

Dear Friends, Welcome to Our Lady of the Annunciation Outreach (OLAO)!

It is my pleasure to welcome you to our digital home—a space where compassion meets action and women lead transformative community change. Founded by Catholic Women Guild, OLAO is a nonprofit, non-denominational organization serving people of all faiths, dedicated to building healthy, resilient, and self-reliant communities grounded in dignity, inclusion, service, and environmental sustainability.

Since our inception, we have been guided by women’s leadership and vision, ensuring that programs respond to the real needs of families in Uganda, especially in Kampala and surrounding regions. Women remain at the forefront as decision-makers, trainers, and community mobilizers in initiatives ranging from food security and livelihood empowerment to public health awareness and skills development.

As a community-based organization, we deeply value collaboration. We work hand in hand with local government councils, like-minded institutions, and generous individuals to expand our reach and deepen our impact. Whether you are here to learn more, join us in service, or support our mission, know that you are warmly welcome and deeply appreciated.

Thank you for being part of our journey toward building a more compassionate and empowered society. Together, through faith and action, we can make a lasting difference.

With blessings and gratitude,

Antonia Naggingo,

Director,

Our Lady of the Annunciation Outreach (OLAO).
